During setup, XyntAgent reads your website and any documents you upload (price lists, FAQs, service menus). It builds a private knowledge base from that content. You can add or update information at any time from your dashboard.

The agent knows its limits. When a question falls outside its knowledge, it tells the customer it will follow up and immediately sends you an escalation alert by email or SMS. You decide how escalations are routed — nothing slips through.
